The Savory Spoon occupies the former village school house, built in 1879. This historic building was carefully restored in 2005 reclaiming itself as a local landmark. The school features the very latest in cooking and refrigeration equipment from SubZero/Wolf, and the finest in culinary tools and small appliances.
