Join Ellison Bay’s Savory Spoon Cooking School on Friday, August 21 at 6 pm for an evening of Spanish wines and tapas. Karen Hall from Wine Merchants will be on hand to share her knowledge of Spanish wines and share some of her favorites.
No one knows how to make small plates better then the Spaniards and it will be reflected in this great menu. Participants in the class will create the following menu:
• Madrid Stuffed Mussels
• Lamb Meatballs in Brandy Sauce
• Brie with Caramelized Sherry
• Shrimp Manchego Croquettes
• Chorizo Filled Dates Wrapped In Bacon
