“Meet the Cheese Maker” nights are currently underway at the Savory Spoon Cooking School in Ellison Bay. The events begin at 6 pm Attendees will enjoy a glass of wine and taste incredible cheese while visiting the cheese maker. Upcoming cheese makers nights will include:
Katie Hedrich of Evalon Cheese in Chilton on July 26; Felix Thalhammer of Capri Organic in Blue River on August 9; Chris Roelli of Roelli Cheese in Shullsburg on August 16; Diana Kalscheur Murphy of Dreamfarm in Cross Plains on August 23; Bob Wills of Cedar Grove Cheese in Plains on August 30; Bruce Workman of Edelweiss Creamery in Monticello on September 27; a Hollands Family Cheese representative on September 29; Jenifer Brozak of Wisconsin Sheep Dairy Coop of Richland Center on October 4; and Joe Widmer of Widmer Cheese in Theresa on October 18.
