The Savory Spoon Cooking School announces the schedule for their 9th season. Guests can travel the world without leaving the county by taking hands-on cooking classes. Classes are three hours long and taught by owner Janice Thomas and other guest chefs. They are designed for home cooks who want to learn by experience with new tips, techniques, and ingredients. Cuisines from Chinese, Sicilian, Moroccan, French, Mexican and Asian influences will be featured.
A special feature will be the Meet the Cheese Maker Evenings. In conjunction with the Schoolhouse Artisan Cheese shops, guests can meet some of Wisconsin’s finest cheese makers and learn about their story and techniques. The evening will include a glass of wine, cheese, artisan breads and other cheese accompaniments.
