Autumn is a terrific time to use some of local ingredients in a variety of recipes. Chef Terri Milligan will demonstrate how to use a stovetop smoker to smoke local whitefish. The menu includes House Smoked Door County Whitefish; Apple Salad; Autumn Root Vegetable Galette with Crispy Kale Chips; and Apple Cider and Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta.
