Coming to Fall Fest in Sister Bay? Join Savory Spoon Cooking School on Friday or Saturday night as the school celebrates a great 2017 season.

On Oct. 13 at 6 pm, “Foods of Emilia-Romagna” will have participants cooking the robust, distinctive and superior food of this Italian region. The menu includes Wild Porcini Mushroom Tart; Balsamic Roasted Chicken and Potatoes; Grilled Broccoli Rabi with Salsa Rosa; Crostini with Peperonata; and Pears Stuffed with Cream and Chocolate. The cost is $65.

On Oct. 14 at 6 pm, learn how to cook fish so its subtle flavor is enhanced during the “Seafood Extravaganza.” On the menu is Sheila’s Seafood Mousse on Handcrafted Parmesan Crackers; Creamy Crab and Caviar Parfaits; Smoked Pumpkin Soup with Shellfish Salsa; Scallop Yorkshire Pudding With Beurre Blanc Sauce; and Lobster Souffle. The cost is $70.
