“Adventures in a Chinese Kitchen”

March 12, 2012 Ellison Bay’s own Janice Thomas, head chef of the Savory Spoon Cooking School, along with Jeanee and Brian Linden, owners of both Ellison Bay’s Linden Gallery and the Linden Centre in Xizhou, China, will host participants in “Adventures in a Chinese Kitchen.”

During the travel seminar, guests will be led through Yunnan Province on a cultural tasting tour. Travelers will visit kitchens behind the scenes, choose the freshest foods, and immerse themselves into the local culture.

The 13-day adventure will be based in the Linden Centre, honored as Trip Advisor’s 2011’s Top Rated Hotel of the Year and the Global Vision Award for Restoration by Travel and Leisure.
